On Monday 29 July at Cornell University, a talk entitled Understanding the Social Perception of Neutral in Cropping Systems was held thanks to Susanna Debenedetti, coordinator of the teaching, research and experimental activities in the Organic Regenerative Agriculture department of Deafal, an NGO that in Italy works with farmers, research institutes, consumers and public institutions.

Susanna shared the results of her work on focus groups exploring how farmers and stakeholders perceive Neutral Weed Communities and the two main strategies to manage them:
Artificial Intelligence and robotics
Crop diversification and biodiversity maximisation
A valuable contribution to NeutraWeed Project and a valuable opportunity to learn more about regenerative agriculture, social research in agroecology and cutting-edge weed management strategies.
